We dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier operations and destination.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on eligible prepaid orders. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via Email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping information while placing an order. MaaVihu shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address or contact details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order is damaged, defective, or any item is missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing your Order ID, supporting photographs, and complete details of the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide the appropriate resolution.
