How long does it take to process my order?
We process all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, your order is typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via Email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across most serviceable locations in India. Availability may vary based on your delivery address.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 24 hours of delivery, provided your request meets our Return & Refund Policy. A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
For prepaid orders, approved refunds are processed within 5–6 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed within 6–7 working days after receiving your bank account or UPI details.
